Power Seat Switch Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Raise the front bucket seat to the full up position in order to gain access to the power seat switch.
2. Remove the bezel from the power seat switch by pulling off.




3. Pull back the front seat cushion trim in order to gain access to the power seat switch. Refer to Front Seat Cushion Cover Replacement.
4. Remove the screws from the power seat switch.




5. Disconnect the electrical connector from the power seat switch.
6. Remove the power seat switch from the front seat cushion frame.

Installation Procedure




1. Connect the electrical connector to the power seat switch.




2. Position the power seat switch to the front seat cushion frame.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

3. Install the screws to the power seat switch.

Tighten the power seat switch screws to 3 N.m (27 lb in).




4. Pull back the front seat cushion trim. Refer to Front Seat Cushion Cover Replacement.
5. Reposition the front bucket seat to the original position.
6. Remove the bezel from the power seat switch by pressing into place until fully seated.
