Rear Folding Seat Back Latch Striker Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the rear window panel trim.
2. Disconnect the cables (1) from the retaining clips (3).




3. Remove the seat back latch striker bolts.
4. Remove the seat back latch striker from the rear shelf panel.

Installation Procedure






Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

1. Install the seat back latch striker onto the rear shelf panel.

Tighten the seat back latch striker bolts (2) to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).




2. Connect the cables (1) into the retaining clips (3).
3. Install the rear window panel trim.
