Front Seat Cushion Cover Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the front bucket seat.
2. Remove the lumbar support knob, If equipped.
3. Remove the power seat switch bezel, if equipped.
4. Remove the seat back recliner handle.




5. Disconnect the J-hook retainer from the rear sides of the seat frame.




6. Disconnect the J-hook retainer from the sides of the seat frame.




7. Disconnect the J-hook retainer from the front of the seat frame.




8. Disconnect the J-hook retainer from the rear of the seat frame.




9. Pull the rear J-hook retainer flap of the cushion cover forward and between the seat back and cushion.




10. Disconnect hook and loop strips retaining the cushion cover to the cushion.
11. Remove the cushion cover from the cushion.

Installation Procedure




1. Position the cushion cover to the cushion.




2. Pull the rear J-hook retainer flap of the cushion cover rearward and between the seat back and cushion.




3. Connect the J-hook retainer to the rear of the seat frame.




4. Connect the J-hook retainer to the front of the seat frame.




5. Connect the J-hook retainer to the side of the seat frame.




6. Connect the J-hook retainer to the rear side of the seat frame.




7. Connect hook and loop strips retaining the cushion cover to the cushion, pressing into place until fully seated.
8. Install the lumbar support knob, If equipped.
9. Install the power seat switch bezel, if equipped.
10. Install the seat back recliner handle.
11. Install the front bucket seat.
