Power Trunk / Liftgate Lock Switch: Service and Repair

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

CAUTION: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in Service Precautions.

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Use a flat blade tool in order to unsnap the rear compartment switch from the door panel.
3. Disconnect the electrical connector.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Connect the electrical connector.
2. Install the switch into the door panel.
3. Connect the negative battery cable.
