Fog Lamp Aiming Procedure

1. Prepare the vehicle. Refer to Aim Preparation in Headlamp Aiming.
2. Remove the wheel house splash shield.
The fog lamp adjustment wheel is in the back of the assembly.
3. Turn the vertical adjustment wheel until the pattern aligns on the screen.
4. Ensure that you obtain the following conditions when you project the lamps on a screen 7.6 m (25 ft) away:
^ The top edge (4) of the high intensity zone will be 100 mm (4 in) below the horizontal centerline (2) of the lamps.
^ The center of the high intensity zone will be on the vertical centerline (1) of the lamps.
