Fog Lamp Replacement - Front

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Partially remove the lower splash shield in order to gain access to the fog lamps. Refer to Splash Shield Replacement - Wheelhouse in Body Front End.
2. Disconnect the connector from the lamp.
3. Remove the tog lamp retaining bolts (2).
4. Remove the fog lamp (1) from the impact bar (3).

CAUTION: Refer to Halogen Bulb Caution in Service Precautions.

5. Disconnect the connector from the bulb.
6. Remove the bulb from the lamp assembly by twisting one quarter turn and pulling outward.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the bulb to the lamp assembly. Push the bulb inward and turn until the blub is retained.
2. Connect the connector to the bulb.
3. Install the fog lamp (1) to the impact bar (3).
4. Install the fog lamp bracket to the impact bar (3).

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

5. Install the fog lamp retaining bolts (2) to the impact bar (3).

Tighten
Tighten the bolts to 2.5 N.m (53 lb in).

6. Connect the connector to the lamp assembly.
7. Install the lower splash shields.
