Rear Side Door Stationary Window Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Lower the rear window.
2. Remove the power window switch, if equipped.
3. Remove the door handle bezel.
4. Remove the trim panel.
5. Remove the water deflector.
6. Remove the inner sealing strip.
7. Remove the outer sealing strip.
8. Remove the bolts with secure the regulator to the window.
9. Separate the window from the regulator. Lower the window.




10. Remove the lower bolt from the stationary window (2).
11. Remove the stationary window (1). Roll the window forward and remove the window with the run channel.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the stationary window with the run channel weather-strip (1).
2. Install the lower bolt to the stationary window (2).
3. Attach the window to the regulator.
4. Install the bolts which secure the rear window to the regulator.
5. Install the outer sealing strip.
6. Install the inner sealing strip.
7. Install the water deflector.
8. Install the trim panel.
9. Install the screws which secure the trim panel.
10. Install the door handle bezel.
11. Install the power window switch, if equipped.
12. Test the window operation.
