Rear Side Door Removal

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the rear door rubber conduit. Refer to Rear Side Door Conduit Replacement (Rear Side Door Conduit Replacement) .
2. Support the rear door.




3. Remove the intermediate rear door hinge bolts (1).
4. Remove the rear door, with an assistant.



Installation Procedure

1. Position and support the rear door, with an assistant.





Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the intermediate door hinge bolts.

Tighten the intermediate door hinge bolts to 33 N.m (24 lb ft).

3. Remove the rear support.
4. Install the rear door rubber conduit. Refer to Rear Side Door Conduit Replacement (Rear Side Door Conduit Replacement) .
