Low Tire Reset Switch




REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the LH Instrument Panel (IP) insulator.
2. Remove the bolts from the bottom of the steering column opening filler.
3. Pull the steering column opening filler rearward and upward in order to unsnap the filler from the IP.
4. Remove the connector from the low tire reset switch, if equipped.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the electrical connection to the low tire reset switch, if equipped.
2. Align the steering column opening filler locating pins and retaining clips with slots in the Instrument Panel (IP).
3. Press down on the steering column opening filler in order to lock in the retainers.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

4. Install the steering column opening filler bolts.

Tighten
Tighten the steering column opening filler bolts to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

5. Install the LH IP insulator.
