Power Mirror Motor: Service and Repair

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the mirror.
2. Remove the mirror face from the mirror housing.
3. Remove the screws from the mirror motor.
4. Remove the motor from the mirror housing.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the motor to the mirror housing.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the screws to the mirror motor.

Tighten
Tighten the mirror motor screws to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

3. Install the mirror face to the mirror housing.
4. Install the mirror.
