High Mounted Stop Lamp Bulb Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Open the rear compartment.
2. Depress the retaining tab on the rear of the high-mounted stoplamp vent and lower the vent.
3. Release the rear compartment lamp wiring from the slot in the forward edge of the vent.




4. Remove the high-mounted stoplamp socket(s) from the high-mounted stoplamp, by rotating counterclockwise.
5. Remove the bulb(s) from the socket(s).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the bulb(s) to the high-mounted stoplamp socket(s).
2. Install the high-mounted stoplamp socket(s) to the high-mounted stoplamp, then rotate the socket(s) clockwise to secure.




3. Insert the rear compartment lamp wiring into the slot in the forward edge of the high-mounted stoplamp vent.
4. Install the high-mounted stoplamp vent to the underside of the rear window panel.
5. Close the rear compartment.
