Instrument Cluster Replacement

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the instrument panel (IPC) cluster trim plate. Refer to Instrument Cluster Trim Panel Replacement (Instrument Cluster Trim Panel Replacement) .
2. Remove the IPC screws.
3. Rotate the IPC rearward and lift up on the top of the cluster in order to disengage the locating pins.




4. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the IPC.
5. Remove the IPC.



Installation Procedure





1. Connect the electrical connectors to the IPC.




2. Position the locating pins to the locating pin receivers in the IP.
3. Install the IPC by rotating the top of the IPC inward.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

4. Install the IPC screws.

Tighten the screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

5. Install the IPC trim plate. Refer to Instrument Cluster Trim Panel Replacement (Instrument Cluster Trim Panel Replacement) .
