Plenum Water Deflector Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the windshield wiper arm assemblies.




2. Remove the air inlet screen fasteners (2).
3. Remove the air inlet screen screws (1).
4. Disconnect the windshield washer hose.
5. Remove the air inlet screen (3).

Installation Procedure




1. Install the air inlet screen (3).
2. Connect the windshield washer hose.
3. Install the air inlet screen fasteners (2).

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

4. Install the air inlet screen screws (1).

Tighten the air inlet screen screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

5. Install the windshield wiper arm assemblies.
