Lock Housing - Disassemble

DISASSEMBLY PROCEDURE
1. Remove the steering column upper components. Refer to Turn Signal Cancel Cam, Bearing Thrust Washer - Disassemble - Off Vehicle.





2. Remove the 2 tapping screws. (4).
3. Remove the lock bolt support bracket (5).
4. Remove the lock bolt assembly (6).
5. Remove the ground strap (3).
6. Remove the lock pre-load spring (2).
7. Remove the ignition lock actuator assembly (1).
