115. Checkballs, Spacer Plate and Gaskets Assemble

- J 25025 Guide Pins





1. Inspect the valve body spacer plate (19) for the following:
- Bends or damage
- Plugged holes





2. Inspect each check valve seat one at a time for excessive peening. Place a ball check valve (16) on each seat and use a flashlight in order to look for visible light between the valve and its seat.





3. Assemble the ball check valves (2, 3, 4, 5, 6) into the case cover.
4. Use TRANSJEL(R) or equivalent in order to hold the ball valves in position.





5. Install two J 25025 guide pins.
6. Assemble the valve body spacer plate (20) and two spacer plate gaskets (19).
7. Insert the ball valve (16) onto the spacer plate (20). Retain with TRANSJEL(R).
