99. 1-2 Accumulator Assemble

1. Remove the 1-2 accumulator piston seal (420) from the 1-2 accumulator piston (421).





2. Install a new 1-2 accumulator piston seal (420) onto the 1-2 accumulator piston (421).

IMPORTANT: Lubricate the new seal with TRANSJEL(R) or equivalent in order to ease further installation.





3. Slide the 1-2 accumulator piston pin (422) into the case cover (401) with the chamfered end away from the case cover (401).
4. Slide the 1-2 accumulator piston (421) into the case cover (401) with the chamfered end away from the case cover (401).
5. Use TRANSJEL(R) or equivalent in order to hold the 1-2 accumulator piston (421) to the case cover
