Window Replacement - Door (Standard)

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Move the window assembly to the DOWN position in order to align the window with the access holes
2. Remove the door trim panel.
3. Remove the water deflector in order to access the window assembly nuts.
4. Remove the window assembly nuts
5. Remove the energy absorber.
6. Lift the front and the rear of the door window assembly (1).
7. Remove the door window assembly (1) from the outside of the door.




8. Remove the sash rivet (1) from the door window assembly.
9. Remove the sash (2) from the door window assembly.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the sash (2) to the door window assembly.
2. Install the sash rivet (1) to the door window assembly.




3. Install the door window assembly (1) to the outside of the door.
4. Insert the front and the rear of the door window assembly (1).

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

5. Install the window assembly nuts.

Tighten
Tighten the nuts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

6. Install the energy absorber.
7. Install the water deflector.
8. Install the door trim panel.
