Radiator Air Baffle Assemblies and Deflectors(Lower)

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the air lower deflector screws (3).
2. Remove the radiator air lower baffle retainers (4).
3. Remove the radiator air lower baffle (1).
4. Inspect for any component damage.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the radiator air lower baffle (1).
2. Install the radiator air lower baffle retainers (4).

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

3. Install the radiator air lower deflector screws (3).
Tighten the radiator air lower deflector screws to 10 Nm (89 inch lbs.).
