When the ignition is in the run position, battery positive voltage is supplied to the coil side of the Daytime Running Lamp (DRL) relay. Ground for the DRL relay is applied from G 106. Battery positive voltage is supplied to the switch side of the headlamp switch from the fusible link Z to the switch side of the DRL relay. Battery positive voltage is then supplied to the auxiliary headlamp fuses 1 and 3 then applied to the low beam headlamps which illuminate at low intensity.
