Steps 1-13:

The number(s) below refer to the step number(s) on the diagnostic table.
6. Tests if ground is constantly being applied to the horn relay.
8. The horn relay control circuit includes the horn slip ring and the horn switches. The horn slip ring and the horn switches must be tested for a short to ground. Refer to Circuit Testing and Wiring Repairs in Diagrams.
