Rear Bumper Bracket Replacement (Fascia)

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the tail lamp assembly.
2. From inside the rear compartment, remove the rear support bracket nut.




3. Remove the screws which secure the fascia to the rear support bracket.
4. Remove the rear support bracket.

Installation Procedure

1. Position the rear support bracket in the fascia.






Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the rear support bracket screws.

Tighten the rear support bracket screws to 3 N.m (27 lb in).

3. Install the rear support bracket nut.

Tighten the rear support bracket nut to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

4. Install the tail lamp assembly.
