Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) - Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the instrument panel cluster trim plate.
2. Remove the screws from the instrument panel cluster.
3. Remove the instrument cluster from the instrument panel.




4. Disconnect the electrical connector from the instrument panel.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Connect the electrical connector to the instrument panel cluster.




2. Position the instrument cluster to the instrument panel alignment tabs.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

3. Install the screws to the instrument panel cluster.

Tighten
Tighten the instrument panel console screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

4. Install the instrument panel cluster trim plate.
