Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) - Lens Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the instrument panel (IP) cluster trim plate.
2. Remove the rubber knob from the trip meter reset stem by pulling out.




3. Remove the screws from the instrument cluster lens.




4. Remove the instrument cluster lens from the instrument cluster.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Position the instrument cluster lens to the instrument cluster.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.




2. Install the screws to the instrument cluster lens.

Tighten
Tighten the screws to 1 N.m (9 lb in).




3. Remove the protective cover from the instrument cluster lens, if new.
Install the rubber knob to the trip meter reset stem by pushing in.
4. Install the IP cluster trim plate.
