Heater Pipe Replacement - Outlet

TOOLS REQUIRED
J 38185 Hose Clamp Pliers

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System in Cooling System.
2. Remove the AIR check valve.
3. Disconnect the heater hoses from the heater outlet pipe using the J 38185.
4. Remove the heater outlet pipe.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Connect the heater hoses to the heater outlet pipe using the J 38185.
2. Install the AIR check valve.
3. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System in Cooling System.
