Headlamp Switch: Service and Repair

HEADLAMP SWITCH REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the instrument panel (IP) cluster trim plate.
2. Grasp the headlamp switch and pull firmly to release the retaining tabs from the IP.
3. Disconnect the electrical connector from the headlamp switch.
4. Remove the headlamp switch.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Connect the electrical connector to the headlamp switch.
2. Align the headlamp switch to the IP, then press into place to secure the retainers.
3. Install the IP cluster trim plate.
