Antenna Amplifier Replacement

ANTENNA AMPLIFIER REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the rear shelf trim panel.
2. Disconnect the coaxial antenna lead from the antenna amplifier.
3. Disconnect the electrical connector from the antenna amplifier.
4. Remove the bolts from the antenna amplifier.
5. Remove the antenna amplifier from the rear shelf.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the antenna amplifier to the rear shelf.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the bolts to the antenna amplifier.

Tighten
Tighten the antenna amplifier bolts to 3 N.m (27 lb in).

3. Connect the coaxial antenna lead to the antenna amplifier.
4. Connect the electrical connector to the antenna amplifier.
5. Install the rear shelf trim panel.
