Front Side Door Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Lower the window.
2. Remove the side front door trim panel.
3. Remove the water deflector.
4. Remove the inside door handle.
5. Remove the outside door handle.
6. Remove the lock cylinder.
7. Remove the rear view mirror.
8. Remove the front door window.
9. Remove the window regulator.
10. Remove the window outer belt sealing strip.
11. Remove the front door window channel, front side rear.
12. Remove the front door window channel and weatherstrip.
13. Remove the lock assembly.
14. Remove the front door from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the side front door to the vehicle.
2. Install the lock assembly.
3. Install the front door window channel and weatherstrip.
4. Install the front door window channel, front side rear.
5. Install the window outer belt sealing strip.
6. Install the window regulator.
7. Install the front door window.
8. Install the rear view mirror.
9. Install the inside door handle.
10. Install the outside door handle.
11. Install the lock cylinder.
12. Install the water deflector.
13. Install the side front door trim panel.
14. Raise the window.
15. Carefully close the door. Inspect the door for proper alignment.
