Hood Front Seal Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Open the hood.




2. Remove the seal screw.
3. Slide the seal to the outside to remove the front hood air seal from the hood.

Installation Procedure




1. Position the front hood air seal to the hood. Slide the seal inward to install the tabs.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the seal screw.

Tighten the seal screw to 3 N.m (27 lb in).

3. Close the hood.
