Lock Housing - Assemble

ASSEMBLY PROCEDURE





1. Install the lock bolt assembly (6).
2. Install the lock bolt support bracket (5).
3. Install the 2 tapping screws (4).

NOTICE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Tighten the screws to 3.5 Nm (31 inch lbs.).
4. Install the ground strap (3).
5. Install the lock pre-load spring (2).
6. Install the ignition lock actuator assembly (1).
7. Install the steering column upper components. Refer to Turn Signal Cancel Cam, Bearing Thrust Washer - Assemble.
