109. Control Valve Body Disassemble

CAUTION: Valve springs can be tightly compressed. Use care when removing retainers and plugs. Personal injury could result.






1. Remove the low blow off valve plug (326).


IMPORTANT:
- Disassemble the control valve assembly on a clean surface.
- Lay all valves, springs, and bushings on a clean surface in exactly the same order in which you removed them. This will aid in reassembling the control valve body.

2. Remove the low blow off valve spring (325) and the valve seat (325).
3. Remove the low blow off ball valve (324).





4. Remove the retaining pin (304) from the 1-2 throttle valve sleeve.
5. Remove the 1-2 throttle valve sleeve, the valve, and the spring (323).
6. Remove the 1-2 throttle valve retainer (377) from the sleeve (323).
7. Remove the 1-2 throttle valve (321) and the spring (322) from the sleeve (323).
8. Remove the 1-2 shift valve (320).





9. Remove the retaining pin (304) from the 2-3 throttle valve sleeve.
10. Remove the 2-3 throttle valve sleeve, the valve, and the spring (319).
11. Remove the 2-3 throttle valve retainer (377) from the sleeve (319).
12. Remove the 2-3 throttle valve (317), and the spring (318) from the sleeve (319).
13. Remove the 2-3 shift valve (316).





14. Remove the 1-2 accumulator valve and spring retaining pin (304).
15. Remove the valve bore plug (310) and the valve (315).
16. Remove the valve spring (313).





17. Remove the spring retainer pin (307) for the pressure relief ball valve from the control valve and oil pump assembly (21).
18. Remove the spring (312) and the ball valve (311).





19. Remove the shift throttle valve and spring retaining pin (304).
20. Remove the valve bore plug (310\382), the spring (309) and the valve (308).





21. Remove the bore plug retainer (373) for the pressure regulator.
22. Remove the bore plug (372).
23. Remove the line boost plug retaining pin (305).
24. Remove the line boost valve bore plug (302).
25. Remove the line boost valve (303).





26. Remove the throttle valve and bushing retaining pin (304).
27. Remove the throttle valve plunger (367) and the spring (368).
28. Remove the throttle valve bushing retaining pin (306).
29. Remove the throttle valve (369).





30. Remove the throttle valve and reverse boost sleeve retaining pin (371).
31. Remove the throttle valve boost bore plug retainer (376), the plug (375) and the valve (361).
32. Remove the reverse boost valve (363), the TV and reverse boost valve spring (360), the reverse regulator spring (364) and the pressure regulator valve (365).





33. Remove the retaining pin (307) for the 3-2 regulating control valve.
34. Remove the spring (355).
35. Remove the valve (356).
