Scan Tool Data Definitions

Ambient Light Sensor: The scan tool displays 0-5 volts. The ambient light sensor input signal, 0.09-4.75 volts is the normal operating range.

Battery Voltage: The scan tool displays 0-20 volts. The voltage as received on the battery positive voltage circuit of the module.

Control Power: The scan tool displays On/Off. The state of control power.

Daytime Running Lamp: The scan tool displays On/Off. The commanded state of the daytime running lamp relay.

Drivers Door Jamb Switch: The scan tool displays On/Off. The state of the drivers door jamb switch. On indicates the door is open and Off indicates the door is closed.

Flash to Pass Switch: The scan tool displays On/Off. The state of the flash to pass switch.

Front Fog Lamp Relay: The scan tool displays On/Off. The commanded state of the front fog lamp relay.

Front Fog Lamp Switch: The scan tool displays On/Off. The state of the front fog lamp switch.

Head Lamp Switch: The scan tool displays On/Off. The state of the headlamp switch. On indicates the headlamps are requested on.

High Beam Lamp: The scan tool displays On/Off. The state of the headlamp high beam switch.

High Beam Output (Flash): The scan tool displays On/Off. The commanded state of the high beam relay.

High Beam Switch: The scan tool displays On/Off. The state of the headlamp high beam switch.

Inadvertent Power Input: The scan tool displays Active/Inactive. The state of the inadvertent power.

Inadvertent Power Relay: The scan tool displays On/Off. The commanded state of the inadvertent power relay.

Incandescent Dim 1: The scan tool displays On/Off. The state of the incandescent lamp ground circuit.

Interior Dim Pot: The scan tool displays 0-5 volts. The IP dimmer switch input signal, 0.09-4.75 volts is the normal operating range.

Interior Lamp Switch: The scan tool displays On/Door. The state of the interior lamp switch.

Key Cylinder Halo Lamp: The scan tool displays On/Off. The commanded state of the key cylinder halo lamp.

Left Rear Door Jamb Switch: The scan tool displays On/Off. The state of the left rear door jamb switch. On indicates the door is open and Off indicates the door is closed.

Lights On with Wipers: The scan tool displays On/Off. The state of the wiper/washer system.

Low Beam Output: The scan tool displays On/Off. The commanded state of the low beam relay.

Lt. Turning Signal Switch: The scan tool displays On/Off. The state of the left turn signal switch.

Overhead Lamps Output: The scan tool displays On/Off. The commanded state of the overhead lamps.

Park Lamp: The scan tool displays On/Off. The state of the park lamp switch.

Park Lamp Relay Output: The scan tool displays On/Off. The commanded state of the park lamp relay.

Passenger Door Jamb Switch: The scan tool displays On/Off. The state of the right front door jamb switch. On indicates the door is open and Off indicates the door is closed.

Reverse Lamp Relay: The scan tool displays On/Off. The commanded state of the reverse lamp relay.

Right Rear Door Jamb Switch: The scan tool displays On/Off. The state of the right rear door jamb switch. On indicates the door is open and Off indicates the door is closed.

Rt. Turning Signal Switch: The scan tool displays On/Off. The state of the right turn signal switch.

Twilight Delay Pot: The scan tool displays 0-5 volts. The twilight delay switch input signal, 0.09-4.75 volts is the normal operating range.

VF Dim: The scan tool displays 0-19 volts. The HUD monitors the VF dimming signal circuit of the HUD switch.
