Seat Back Cover and Pad Replacement - Front (AR9)

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the front bucket seat from the vehicle.
2. Remove the seat back from the seat cushion.
3. Unfasten the J-retainer (4) and the bottom of the seat back cover (1).
4. Disengage the hook and loop retainers securing the seat back cover (1) to the pad (2).
5. Remove the seat back cover (1) by pulling the cover up and over the pad (2).
6. Remove the seat back pad (2) from the seat back frame (3), if required.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the seat back pad (2) to the seat back frame (3, ) if required.
Position the seat back cover (1) to the seat back pad (2).
2. Pull the seat back cover (1) over the pad (2), and align the hook and loop retainers.
3. Regulate the seat back cover (1) to a desired appearance, and use firm hand pressure to engage the hook and loop retainers.
4. Fasten the J-retainer (4) and the bottom of the seat back cover (1).
5. Install the seat back to the seat back cushion.
6. Install the front bucket seat to the vehicle.
