V7 - Direct Mount

TOOLS REQUIRED
J 41790 A/C Compressor Holding Fixture




1. Coat the control valve O-ring with clean 525 viscosity refrigeration oil.
2. Push the A/C compressor control valve into the A/C compressor with thumb pressure.
3. Using internal snap ring pliers, install the A/C compressor control valve retaining ring. Make sure the retaining ring is properly seated in the ring groove.
4. Remove the A/C compressor from the J 41790.
5. Install the A/C compressor into the vehicle.
