Fender Replacement - Front

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the fender bolts (2).
2. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.
3. Remove the wheelhouse panel liner.
4. Remove the front fender (1).
5. Remove the following components as needed:

1. The fascia outer bracket bolts (1)
2. The fascia outer bracket (2)

6. Remove the following components as needed:

1. The fender rear upper bracket bolts (3)
2. The fender rear upper bracket (2)

7. Remove the following components as needed:

1. The fender rear center bracket bolts (6)
2. The fender rear center bracket (4)

Installation Procedure






Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

1. Install the following components if removed:

1. The fender rear center bracket (4)
2. The fender rear center bracket bolts (6)

Tighten the bolts to 6 N.m (54 lb in).

2. Install the following components if removed:

1. The fender rear upper bracket (2)
2. The fender rear upper bracket bolts (3)

Tighten the bracket bolts to 6 N.m (54 lb in).

3. Install the following components if removed:

1. The fascia outer bracket (2)
2. The fascia outer bracket bolts (1)

Tighten the bracket bolts to 6 N.m (54 lb in).

4. Install the front fender (3).
Install the wheelhouse panel liner.
5. Lower the vehicle.
6. Install the fender bolts (2).

Tighten the fender bolts to 6 N.m (54 lb in).
