Door Replacement - Rear

Removal Procedure

1. Open and support the door.
2. Remove the rear door trim panel.
3. Remove the rear door water deflector.
4. Remove the rear door inside handle.
5. Remove the rear door window regulator.
6. Remove the rear door energy absorber.
7. Remove the rear door outside handle.
8. Remove the rear door lock.
9. Remove the rear door window.
10. Remove the rear door stationary window.
11. Remove the rear door reveal molding.
12. Remove the rear door rubber condiuit.
13. Remove the rear door electrical harness.




14. Remove the rear door check link.
15. Remove the rear door hinges (3).
16. Remove the rear door from the body.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the rear door hinges (3).
2. Install the rear door check link.
3. Install the rear door electrical harness.
4. Install the rear door rubber condiuit.
5. Install the rear door reveal molding.
6. Install the rear door stationary window.
7. Install the rear door window.
8. Install the rear door lock.
9. Install the rear door outside handle.
10. Install the rear door energy absorber.
11. Install the rear door window regulator.
12. Install the rear door inside handle.
13. Install the rear door water deflector.
14. Install the rear door trim panel.
15. Inspect the rear door for proper alignment.
