Wiring Harness Replacement - Door

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the door trim panel.
2. Remove the door water deflector.
3. Disconnect the electrical connector to the door lock.
4. Disconnect the electrical connector to the regulator.
5. Disconnect the electrical connector to the radio speakers, if equipped.
6. Remove the door rubber conduit.
7. Remove the door harness connector from the body harness at the pillar.
8. Disconnect the door harness rosebud retainers from the inner door panel.
9. Remove the harness through the rubber conduit opening.
10. Remove the rubber conduit.

Installation Procedure

1. Install the rubber conduit on the door electrical harness.
2. Install the electrical harness in the door through the rubber conduit opening.
3. Connect the door electrical harness rosebut retainers.
4. Connect the door electrical harness to the body harness.
5. Install the door rubber conduit.
6. Connect the electrical connector to the window regulator.
7. Connect the electrical connector to the door lock.
8. Connect the electrical connector to the radio speakers, if equipped.
9. Install the door water deflector.
10. Install the door trim panel.
