Turn Signal Flasher: Service and Repair
HAZARD AND TURN SIGNAL FLASHER REPLACEMENTREMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the left instrument panel (IP) insulator. Refer to Closeout/Insulator Panel Replacement Left in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
2. Remove the steering column filler panel.
3. Slide the hazard and turn signal flasher to the right, releasing the tabs from the Body Control Module (BCM) bracket.
4. Disconnect the electrical connector from the hazard and turn signal flasher.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Connect the electrical connector to the hazard and turn signal flasher.
2. Position the hazard and turn signal flasher to the BCM bracket. Slide the flasher to the left, securing the flasher tabs into the retaining slots on the bracket.
3. Install the steering column filler panel.
4. Install the left IP insulator. Refer to Closeout/Insulator Panel Replacement- Left in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
