Fuel Filler Door Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the nuts (2) from the fuel tank filler door.
2. Remove the fuel tank filler door (1).
3. Remove the gas cap connector.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the filler door gas cap connector.
2. Install the fuel tank filler door.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

3. Install the nuts (2) to the filler door (1).

Tighten
Tighten the fuel tank filler door nuts to 2.8 N.m (24.8 lb in).
