Compartment Lid Adjustment - Rear

You may adjust the rear compartment lid using one of the following methods.

Procedure A

1. Loosen the compartment lid hinge bolts. Refer to Compartment Lid Replacement - Rear.
2. Adjust the compartment lid clearance. Adjust the rubber bumpers if necessary.
3. Tighten the compartment lid hinge bolts. Refer to Compartment Lid Replacement - Rear.

Procedure B

1. Remove the rear window panel trim.
2. Loosen the compartment lid hinge bolts at the rear window panel. Refer to Compartment Lid Replacement - Rear.
3. Adjust the compartment lid clearance. Adjust the rubber bumpers if necessary.
4. Tighten the compartment lid hinge bolts at the rear window panel. Refer to Compartment Lid Replacement - Rear.
5. Install the rear window panel trim.
