Fuel Filler Pocket Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the filler door latch.
2. Remove the screws (2) from the fuel tank filler pocket.
3. Remove the gas cap.
4. Remove the fuel tank filler pocket (1).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the fuel tank filler pocket (1).

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the bolts (2) to the fuel tank filler pocket.

Tighten
Tighten the fuel tank filler pocket bolts to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

3. Install the gas cap.
4. Install the filler door latch.
