Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) Lens Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the instrument panel cluster (IPC) trim plate. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Instrument Panel (I/P) Cluster (Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) - Trim Panel Replacement) .




2. Remove the rubber knob from the trip meter reset stem by pulling rearward.




3. Remove the IPC lens screws.




4. Remove the IPC lens.



Installation Procedure





1. Position the lens to the IPC.





Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the IPC lens screws.

Tighten the screws to 1 N.m (9 lb in).





3. Remove the protective cover from the instrument cluster lens, if new.
Push the rubber knob onto the trip meter reset stem.
4. Install the IPC trim plate. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Instrument Panel (I/P) Cluster (Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) - Trim Panel Replacement) .
