Recirculation Door Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the HVAC module assembly.
2. Remove the heat stakes and screws from the upper case assembly.




3. Remove the upper case assembly.




4. Remove the actuator and 2 screws from the upper case.




5. Remove the recirculation door from the upper case assembly.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the recirculation door to the upper case assembly.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Tighten
Tighten the screws to 1 N.m (9 lb in).




2. Install the actuator and 2 screws to the upper case.

Tighten
Tighten the screws to 1 N.m (9 lb in).




3. Install the upper case assembly.

Tighten
Tighten the screws to 1 N.m (9 lb in).

4. Install the HVAC module assembly.
