Console Shift Boot Replacement

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the manual transaxle control lever knob (1) from the manual transaxle control lever by turning in a counterclockwise direction.
2. Remove the front floor console trim plate (3). Refer to Trim Plate Replacement - Front Floor Console.
3. Remove the manual transaxle shift boot (2) from the front floor console trim plate (3) by pushing out to disengage the boot from the underside of the front floor console trim plate.



Installation Procedure





1. Install the manual transaxle shift boot (2) to the front floor console trim plate (3)Ensure that the retaining tabs are fully engaged.
2. Install the front floor console trim plate (3). Refer to Trim Plate Replacement - Front Floor Console.
3. Install the manual transmission control lever knob (2) by turning in a clock wise direction.
