Air Temperature Door-Left
AIR TEMPERATURE DOOR REPLACEMENT - LEFTREMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the HVAC Module.
2. Remove the mode actuator screws.
3. Remove the mode actuator.
4. Remove the recirculation actuator screws.
5. Remove the recirculation actuator.
6. Remove the right temperature actuator screws.
7. Remove the right temperature actuator.
8. Remove the left temperature actuator screws.
9. Remove the left temperature actuator.
10. Remove the screws that retain the mode actuator bracket.
11. Remove the mode actuator bracket.
12. Remove the upper module case screws.
13. Remove the foam at the heater inlet.
14. Remove the upper case.
15. Remove the left air temperature door.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the left air temperature door.
2. Install the upper module case.
NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
3. Install the module case screws.
Tighten
Tighten the screws to 1.4 N.m (12 lb in).
4. Reapply the foam at the heater inlet.
5. Install the mode actuator and bracket.
6. Install the actuator screws.
Tighten
Tighten the screws to 1.4 N.m (12 lb in).
7. Install the left temperature actuator.
8. Install the actuator screws.
Tighten
Tighten the screws to 1.4 N.m (12 lb in).
9. Install the right temperature actuator.
10. Install the actuator screws.
Tighten
Tighten the screws to 1.4 N.m (12 lb in).
11. Install the recirculation actuator.
12. Install the actuator screws.
Tighten
Tighten the screws to 1.4 N.m (12 lb in).
13. Install the HVAC module.
