Instrument Panel, Gauges and Warning Indicators: Adjustments

STRIKER ADJUSTMENT - INSTRUMENT PANEL (I/P) COMPARTMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Open the instrument panel (IP) compartment door.
2. Loosen the fasteners (2) securing the IP compartment striker (1) to the IP.
3. Adjust the IP compartment striker.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.




1. Tighten the fasteners (2) securing the instrument panel (IP) compartment striker (1).

Tighten
Tighten the fasteners to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

2. Close the IP compartment door.
