REFRIGERANT SYSTEM CAPACITIES

ABRUPT REFRIGERANT LOSS 60 ml (2.0 oz)
NOTE: Abrupt refrigerant loss due to large leak, hose rupture, collision, or pressure relief valve opening. Conditions that allow the refrigerant to seep or bleed off over time do not cause this oil loss. Upon replacement of a component that caused a large refrigerant loss, also add the required amount of oil for the particular component.

ACCUMULATOR REPLACEMENT 120 ml (4.0 oz)
NOTE: Add 60 ml (2.0 oz) of PAG oil plus the amount drained from the accumulator.

COMPRESSOR REPLACEMENT 80 ml (2.7 oz)
NOTE: If more than the specified amount of PAG oil was drained from a component, add the equal amount of oil drained. The Mitsubishi service compressor is precharged with 80 ml (2.7 oz) of PAG oil.

CONDENSER REPLACEMENT 30 ml (1.0 oz)
NOTE: If more than the specified amount of PAG oil was drained from a component, add the equal amount of oil drained.

EVAPORATOR REPLACEMENT 30 ml (1.0 oz)
NOTE: If more than the specified amount of PAG oil was drained from a component, add the equal amount of oil drained.

TOTAL SYSTEM PAG OIL CAPACITY 260 ml (8.7 oz)
