Windows Slow, Inoperative or Binding (Replace Regulator)

Models:
2003-2005 Buick LeSabre
2003-2005 Pontiac Bonneville

Condition

Some customers may comment that one or more of the windows is slow, inoperative or binding.

Cause

The upper window regulator roller plastic retainer may have broken.

Correction

Replace the regulator following the procedures in SI:

- LeSabre Rear Door - SI Document ID #442680
