Wiring Harness Replacement - Door

Removal Procedure

Caution: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in Cautions and Notices.
1. Disconnect the battery negative cable.
2. Remove the water deflector. Refer to Water Deflector Replacement - Door (Water Deflector Replacement - Door) .




3. Disconnect the following electrical connectors as necessary:

* The power mirror connector (3)
* The power mirror switch connector (2), if equipped
* The door lock switch connector (1), if equipped
* The power door lock actuator connector (7)
* The power window motor connector (6)
* The door-body wiring harness connectors (4)
* The speaker connector (5)

4. Remove the wiring retainers.
5. Remove the door wiring harness from the vehicle.



Installation Procedure

1. Install the wiring harness to the vehicle.
2. Install the wiring harness retainers.




3. Connect the following electrical connections as necessary:

* The power mirror connector (3)
* The power mirror switch connector (2), if equipped
* The door lock switch connector (1), if equipped
* The power door lock actuator connector (7)
* The power window motor connector (6)
* The door-body wiring harness connectors (4)
* The speaker connector (5)

4. Install the water deflector. Refer to Water Deflector Replacement - Door (Water Deflector Replacement - Door) .
5. Connect the battery negative cable.
