Wheel Speed Sensor Replacement- Front

Removal Procedure

Important: The wheel speed sensor is serviceable only with the wheel hub assembly. Do NOT attempt to service the sensor separately.





1. Disconnect the electrical connector (1) from the wheel speed sensor (2).
2. Remove the front wheel hub and bearing assembly. Refer to Wheel Bearing/Hub Replacement - Front in Front Suspension.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the front wheel hub and bearing assembly. Refer to Wheel Bearing/Hub Replacement - Front in Front Suspension.
2. Connect the wheel speed sensor electrical connector (1) to the wheel speed sensor (2).
3. Perform Diagnostic System Check - ABS.
