Glove Box Lamp Switch: Service and Repair

Instrument Panel (I/P) Compartment Lamp Switch Replacement







Removal Procedure
1. Open the instrument panel (I/P) compartment door.
2. Using a flat-bladed tool, remove the compartment lamp switch (3) from the I/P.
3. Disconnect the harness connectors (2) and remove the compartment lamp switch (3).








Installation Procedure
1. Connect the harness connectors (2) to the compartment lamp switch (3).
2. Install the compartment lamp switch (3) to the I/P, making the sure the tabs are fully engaged.
3. Close the I/P compartment door.
